Come on the journey of how their delicious ice cream is made, and see the story of dedication, craftsmanship and quality, every step of the way.
We’ve been taking ice cream very seriously and have continued in the same way for almost 100 years. Our humble beginnings started in Cornwall, though our deliciousness soon saw us loved nationwide.

At Kelly’s we carefully select the finest ingredients, including whole milk and clotted cream from our local dairy herds that graze on Cornwall’s lush green pastures within 25 miles of Bodmin.

Bees play a vital role in pollinating the meadows that our cows graze on. Without them, cows wouldn’t be as healthy or happy, resulting in low quality milk. That’s why the Bumblebee Conservation Trust is an organisation close to our hearts.
Raw milk is collected and sent to our dairy supplier, Trewithen, where it’s processed in house and turned into indulgent, Cornish clotted cream of the highest quality.
We carefully blend whole milk with indulgent clotted cream, allowing the ingredients to fully hydrate and release their best flavours. Then we freeze it fast to keep the texture smooth and creamy – no icy bits, just proper ice cream.
Colourful branding and point of sale is key to unlocking customers and attracting them to freezers. With lashings of sauce, high peaks and lots of toppings, Kelly’s products are irresistible. An age-old recipe, loved by customers nationwide!
