For more than 40 years, Belvoir Farm has been crafting naturally delicious drinks using honest ingredients and traditional production methods. From its iconic Elderflower Cordial to its warming Ginger Cordial, quality and flavour remain at the heart of everything the business does.
The fresh flowers used in Belvoir Farm's Elderflower Cordial require careful cultivation, with large quantities needed to produce every bottle. Likewise, the Ginger Cordial is made using batches of freshly chopped ginger, which are boiled for 24 hours and infused with fresh spring water. While these methods take time and effort, they reflect the brand's commitment to creating drinks with exceptional taste and quality.
Belvoir Farm's recent B Corp certification marked an important milestone for the business, recognising values and practices that have been embedded within the company for many years. The certification reflects a long-standing belief that business can, and should, be a force for good.
